Top of the World restaurant at The Strat in Las Vegas is an amazing restaurant to celebrate a special occasion with your loved ones. I love the 360 view of Las Vegas and the service is wonderful. I recommend reserving 1 month in advanced. Reserving the rotating floors is an extra $25 per person.
