Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio Casino in Las Vegas serves the best A5 Japanese Wagyu! I highly recommend starting with crispy salmon sushi ($29), as main course A5 Japanese Wagyu Beef Filet (6 oz. $360 | 9 oz. $540 | 12 oz. $720), for sides mushrooms ($22) and truffle mash ($22). I ordered the creme brûlée the time I went, but it looks like it’s not on the menu anymore.
