Trish TrinhAlexxa’s restaurant at Paris casino in Las Vegas is such a nice spot for brunch. It is across the street from the Bellagio Fountain which makes a nice view if you decide to get the patio seating. For appetizers I love the baked spinach dip and crispy calamari. For entree I love the brioche French toast because it’s so fluffy. It isn’t hard to make reservation, you can reserve the morning of, but it’s always a good idea to plan ahead.
