Mizumi at Wynn Casino in Las Vegas serves fresh sashimi and has teppanyaki! I love their sashimi plate ($178) main menu which has a selection of sashimi, 3 pieces of each. The time I went was in May and the teppanyaki menu was for Spring. The appetizer is different, the entree is basically the same, and the dessert changes. The teppanyaki menu as of right now, ranges from $108-$255. I really recommend coming here, the ambiance, service, and food is AMAZING.
